We’re hiring skilled and reliable Jobsite Foremen to lead residential remodeling projects in the region. You’ll manage your jobsite from start to finish, ensuring proper setup, guiding daily work, and closing each project successfully.
Your role involves keeping projects organized, on schedule, and within budget while providing clients with clear daily updates. Client satisfaction is a priority, which means addressing questions early and managing expectations to prevent issues.
Foremen work independently but stay closely connected to the office, subcontractors, and crew. This position suits experienced professionals who lead by example, maintain a professional jobsite, and value strong communication as much as quality craftsmanship.
- Take full ownership of the jobsite, including setup, daily progress, and final wrap-up
- Build daily and weekly progress plans alongside the production manager
- Review site plans and job packages with clients, and run confident, unsupervised walk-throughs
- Communicate clearly with clients to handle routine questions, manage expectations, and support final payment collection
- Measure, calculate, and plan material quantities, and create accurate, timely material lists
- Lead by example, working alongside the crew to complete tasks efficiently and to company standards
- Coordinate jobsite logistics: tools, equipment, deliveries, and material pickups
- Maintain organized project documentation, including before-and-after photos, safety records, and required logs
- Track labor and material needs and report updates to the Production Manager
- Mentor less-experienced team members through hands-on guidance
- Share responsibility for jobsite cleanliness, organization, and safety
- 8+ years of residential construction or remodeling experience
- Ability to manage jobsites with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in estimating materials and reviewing project plans
- Comfortable communicating with clients and managing small team operations
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Valid driver’s license required for material transport

You’ll work alongside a dependable crew and leadership team that values clear communication, preparation, and getting it right the first time. Skilled Carpenters here are trusted to work independently while staying closely tied to the rest of the crew so projects keep moving.
- Set up and close down residential jobsites independently, keeping work areas organized, clean, and professional
- Take the lead on assigned construction tasks while coordinating closely with fellow crew members
- Complete work efficiently without sacrificing quality, often finishing ahead of schedule
- Measure, calculate, and plan material needs, and create accurate supply and cut lists
- Pick up job-related materials, tools, and supplies from vendors or other job locations as needed
- Communicate proactively with foremen and supervisors to flag issues, suggest solutions, and anticipate challenges
- Maintain a professional onsite presence and assist with basic client questions when appropriate
- Work with foremen and supervisors to keep projects running smoothly
- 5+ years of residential construction or carpentry experience
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Skilled in calculating materials and interpreting construction requirements
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to jobsites as needed

Finley is looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Tile and Finish Carpenter to support our residential remodeling and construction projects. This role is a strong fit for a well-rounded tradesperson who knows that great tile work depends on solid carpentry, framing, and prep.
We’re not looking for someone who only sets tile. We’re looking for a pro who can install tile cleanly and handle the carpentry that keeps it durable, flat, and built to last.
Our projects include kitchens, bathrooms, finished basements, and custom residential spaces where craftsmanship, communication, and pride in workmanship really matter.
- Prepare surfaces for tile installation, including layout planning, leveling, waterproofing, and substrate prep
- Install floor, wall, shower, and backsplash tile with precision and attention to detail
- Cut and set tile accurately using the right tools and techniques
- Apply grout, sealants, and finishes to meet company quality standards
- Read and follow plans, layouts, and design specifications
- Coordinate with foremen and other trades to maintain workflow and timelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the project
- Communicate progress, material needs, and challenges clearly to supervisors
